Returns policy

Equipment (not applicable to Teamwear or Sticks)

We include a Royal Mail returns label in your order. You can either arrange collection of your return through the Royal Mail website or take it to your local Post Office. Your label is pre-paid and covered by us. If you have any queries please email: customerservices@y1sport.com

We offer a 14 day guarantee for refunds/exchanges if items are returned within this period. If they are returned after this time frame we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

If items arrive damaged or worn we cannot process refunds or exchanges (for hygiene and covid reasons). 

Sticks

All sticks come with a 3 month guarantee. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:

Under 14 Days:

For purchases under 14 days old, we will exchange the faulty item at our expense. Please e-mail customerservices@y1sport.com with your order number and daytime contact number so we can arrange an exchange delivery.

14 days - 3 months:

For purchases over 14 days old but less than 3 months old please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number, and your daytime contact number. Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until our warehouse have confirmed receipt of goods.

Rattles and Paint chips.

Due to the nature of hockey sticks will become worn after a sustained period of use. Sticks are guaranteed against breakage for 3 months from receipt of purchase. Chips, scratches, grips, stick tops, and rattles inside the stick are not guaranteed.
